b4444 operates the website at https://b4444.cam (the "Platform") — an English-language online betting and live casino information service developed for users across Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and elsewhere. b4444 is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through and processed in connection with this Platform.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes our practices in relation to: the categories of personal data we collect; the purposes for which that data is processed; the legal basis on which processing is carried out; your rights in relation to your personal data; and how you may exercise those rights or raise concerns with us.

This Policy applies to all registered users, unregistered visitors, and any person who interacts with the Platform in any capacity. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern the general use of the Platform, and our Responsible Gambling page, which explains the tools available to users who wish to manage their gambling activity.

b4444 collects personal data through several channels. The categories of data collected and their respective sources are set out in the table below:

b4444 does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 18 (or the higher minimum required by applicable jurisdiction). Where it is discovered that data has been collected from a minor, it will be deleted immediately and the associated account closed. See Section 11 for the full Children's Privacy clause.

Payment transaction data — such as deposit and withdrawal amounts in PKR, transaction references or partial card/wallet numbers — may be collected in connection with account activity. References to payment methods on b4444 (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) are used for informational context only. b4444 does not directly process live payment transactions on its Platform.

b4444 processes personal data only where a lawful basis for doing so exists. The legal bases we rely on are:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is required to fulfil our obligations to you under the Terms & Conditions — for example, account creation and maintenance, responding to support requests and delivering Platform functionality.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for the purposes of b4444's legitimate business interests — such as fraud prevention, platform security, analytics and service improvement — where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable laws — such as age-verification requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or responding to lawful orders from competent authorities.
• Consent: Where processing is based on consent — for example, receiving marketing communications or accepting non-essential cookies — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

b4444 uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes:

• Account Management: Creating, maintaining and administering your user account, including authentication and password-recovery services.
• Platform Delivery: Providing the Platform's content, features and functionality — including sports betting guides, live casino information, PKR-denominated content and responsible gambling tools.
• Identity & Age Verification: Verifying that users meet the minimum eligibility age (18+ or higher where required) and confirming the accuracy of account details provided at registration.
• Customer Support: Processing and responding to enquiries, complaints and support tickets submitted through email or the Platform's contact functions.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: Detecting, investigating and preventing fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use of the Platform, including the operation of multiple accounts, identity fraud and bot-based scraping.
• Analytics & Improvement: Understanding how users interact with the Platform to improve navigation, content relevance and user experience — in particular for the mobile-first audience in Pakistan.
• Legal Compliance: Meeting obligations imposed by applicable law, including responding to lawful data requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities with appropriate legal authority.
• Communications: Sending operational communications — such as account notifications, policy update alerts and support responses. Marketing communications will only be sent where consent has been given.

b4444 does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Personal data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers (Data Processors): Third-party vendors engaged by b4444 to provide technical infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email delivery or security services — bound by contractual data-processing agreements that restrict use of data solely to the contracted purpose.
• Legal Authorities: Where b4444 is required by law, court order, regulatory direction or other binding legal process to disclose personal data to competent governmental or law enforcement authorities. b4444 will notify affected users of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or asset sale involving b4444, personal data held may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections being maintained. Users will be notified in advance where such a transfer materially affects their rights.

b4444 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to meet applicable legal retention obligations, and to resolve any disputes or enforce our agreements. The following indicative retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a period of up to five years following account closure, to satisfy potential legal obligations and fraud investigation requirements.
• KYC Documentation: Retained in accordance with the retention requirements applicable under the operator's licensing jurisdiction — typically five to seven years from submission date, consistent with AML and CTF regulatory standards.
• Support Communications: Retained for up to three years from the date of resolution, to facilitate ongoing account support and dispute resolution.
• Analytics Data: Retained in anonymised or aggregated form; no personally identifiable analytics data is retained beyond 26 months.

• Regular security assessments of Platform infrastructure and third-party service provider arrangements.
• Secure password hashing — plaintext passwords are not stored on our systems.
• Incident response procedures for the identification, containment and notification of personal data breaches.

No data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While b4444 employs industry-standard security measures, we cannot warrant the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

b4444 will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days. Where requests are complex or numerous, this period may be extended by a further 60 days with notice provided to you within the initial 30-day window. We may require proof of identity before processing a data rights request to prevent unauthorised disclosure.

The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction. b4444 does not knowingly collect, process or retain personal data from children under the age of 18.

If b4444 becomes aware that personal data has been submitted by or on behalf of a person under the minimum eligible age, that data will be deleted from our systems without undue delay and the associated account will be permanently closed. Any balances or credits associated with a minor's account will be forfeited.

b4444 is an internationally accessible platform. In the course of operating the Platform, personal data may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries outside Pakistan — including jurisdictions where different data protection standards apply.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, b4444 will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:

• Transfers to countries recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection by relevant regulatory bodies.
• The use of standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms with receiving entities.

Interactions with these financial institutions are governed by their own terms, conditions and privacy policies. b4444 does not process payment transactions directly through these institutions.

b4444 reserves the right to update, amend or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://b4444.cam/privacy-policy, with the "Last Updated" date revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where amendments are material — such as changes to the categories of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, or your rights — b4444 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered users via the Platform or by email, where technically practicable.
